What is dyslexia?
Dyslexia is a common learning disorder that affects reading, writing, and spelling ability. It is a neurological condition often characterized by difficulties with accurate and/or fluent word recognition and poor spelling and decoding abilities.
Individuals with dyslexia may have trouble with phonological processing (the ability to manipulate sounds in words), which can make it challenging to break words down into their component sounds and blend them back together. This can lead to difficulties in decoding words and understanding the relationship between sounds and letters.
